This Hire Agreement is entered into between:

1. Agreement Acceptance

1.1 By paying the deposit and/or taking possession of the caravan, the Hirer agrees to this Hire Agreement and Terms & Conditions.

2. Hire Period

2.1 The hire period is as agreed at booking.

2.2 The hire is fixed, and no refund will be provided for early return or non-use.

3. Hirer Responsibilities

3.1 The Hirer must take reasonable care, use the caravan safely, and follow all laws.

3.2 The Hirer is fully responsible for the caravan during the hire period.

4. Off-Road Use

4.1 Off-road use is not permitted without written approval.

4.2 Approved off-road use is at the Hirer’s risk.

4.3 Prohibited use includes beach driving, river crossings, and extreme terrain.

5. Damage, Loss & Theft

5.1 The Hirer is liable for damage, loss, and third-party claims.

5.2 Theft must be reported immediately to police and the Owner.

5.3 Negligence may result in full replacement cost liability.

6. Bond / Security Deposit

6.1 A bond must be paid before hire.

6.2 It may cover damages, cleaning, or breaches.

6.3 Extra costs beyond bond must be paid by the Hirer.

7. Insurance

7.1 Insurance is included, but the Hirer must pay any excess.

7.2 Insurance may be void if terms are breached.

8. Prohibited Use

The caravan must not be sublet, used illegally, or operated negligently.

9. Return Condition

9.1 Must be returned clean and in original condition.

9.2 Cleaning or repair costs may be deducted from the bond.

10. Indemnity

The Hirer is responsible for any claims, damages, or losses.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
